Robin leads the Personal Insurance Client Services division at Carey, Richmond & Viking. CRV is Rhode Island’s 6th largest independent insurance agency, is privately owned, and is currently a “PBN Best Places to Work-RI” for 5 years running. Robin manages the fourteen Personal Lines Account Managers and Support staff who advise clients and assist with their insurance portfolios. She trains employees on duties, standards, and procedures to ensure high quality client service. Robin maintains the relationships with the personal insurance companies the agency represents and identifies new carriers who can provide insurance solutions for CRV’s clients.
Robin holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designations. The CPRIA designation is specifically designed for professionals in the high-net-worth industry. She has been selected to serve on the Agents Advisory Councils at Selective Insurance Company and Narragansett Bay Insurance Company.
