Sal Lombardi has been named director of human resources at East Bay Community Action Program.
He previously was vice president of human resources, recruitment and training at Familymeds Inc. He also had previously as director of field human resources at CVS in Woonsocket and director of human resources of Brooks Drug Inc. in Warwick.
Lombardi is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
