Samuel C. Palmisano has been promoted to senior assistant vice president in human resources at Amica Mutual Insurance Co. He began working for Amica in 2000 as a member of the claims department, and in 2006 transferred to the human resources department. Palmisano holds a B.A. in psychology from Boston College and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. •
