Samuel P. Blatchley has been named associate in the firm of Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP. Blatchley is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group, where he concentrates his practice on admiralty and maritime law. Previously, Blatchley was an associate at the maritime-litigation firm of Clinton & Muzyka. He has a J.D. and Maritime Law Certificate from Tulane University Law School. •
