Scott Ostrowski has been hired as vice president/internal audit at The Washington Trust Co. A certified internal auditor and member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, he has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. Working out of the main office in Westerly, Ostrowski will develop and implement audit plans, test internal controls, and verify compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
