Seth Black has been promoted to vice president/manager of corporate compliance in corporate risk management at Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in 1993, most recently holding the position of manager in regulatory communications in corporate risk management. Black received dual bachelor’s degrees from Boston University. He is a volunteer for Rebuilding Together Providence. Black lives in North Kingstown.
