Stephen Almagno has been appointed senior vice president of Fleet’s consumer banking division. He will oversee retail banking for the Attleboro-Taunton region. He joined Fleet in 1989 and held various positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as vice president. Almagno holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. He is a resident of Cranston.
