Stephen W. Darby has joined Rooney, Plotkin & Willey, LLP’s Newport office as a staff accountant in the audit department. He previously worked at Arthur Anderson LLP in Hartford, Conn. Derby earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Connecticut.
