Steven E. Gendreau has been promoted to assistant vice president and director of Web development at Amica Mutual Insurance Co. Since joining the company in 1977, Gendreau has held a variety of positions in the corporate information systems department. In 2007, he transferred to the marketing department, where he was promoted to marketing officer. He will now direct Amica’s Internet and mobile strategy. •
