Susan Nelson has been appointed vice president/communications manager in Citizens Services Group at Citizens Bank. She previously worked as vice president/manager of advertising and communications at Compass Bank in New Bedford, Mass. Nelson received an associate’s degree from Newbury College in Boston, Mass. She lives in New Bedford, Mass.
