It sounds simple, but eating together is one of the most meaningful activities the entire company does together.
How do you show employees you value them every day?
Swipely focuses on “quick wins.” We have TVs throughout the office displaying a software program called Hoopla that integrates with our back office systems to automatically “ring the gong” when we win a sales deal or ship an innovative new product feature.
