Tech Collective to host continuous improvement workshop May 1

PROVIDENCE – The New England Continuous Improvement Collaborative and Tech Collective will host a free, interactive workshop from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday on continuous improvement. The session is designed for professionals across industries.

Participants will collaborate on challenges concerning operational efficiencies and learn from one another.

NECIC facilitators are Liz Malloy, toy maker Hasbro Inc.’s design and development process manager and continuous-improvement champion; Michelle A. Pope, chief operations officer for medical-billing company CompuClaim in Newport; and Kathy O’Neel Webster, the founder and CEO of corporate-wellness company ShipShape in Narragansett.

Attendees will also work together to build a list of key topics to help drive future NECIC events, according to a news release.

Tech Collective is located at 188 Valley St. in Providence.
