Thomas Caisse has been appointed assistant vice president and manager, in the corporate maximum foreseeable loss department at FM Global. Caisse joined the company in 2002. He has a bachelor’s degree in fire science technology from the University of New Haven, and is a certified safety professional and registered professional engineer. •
