Thomas F. Lavery has been appointed vice president of laboratory services for Thielsch Engineering Inc. He most recently held the position of vice president of MACTEC Engineering & Consulting Inc. in Jacksonville, Fla. Lavery is a graduate of both Providence College and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
