Timothy Hall has been named regional vice president at Narragansett Bay Insurance Co. He has more than 25 years of insurance-industry experience, most recently as regional vice president for Peerless Insurance. Hall holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Memphis, and received his MBA from Averett College. •
