
TIVERTON – A contemporary home at 135 Driftwood Drive in Tiverton recently sold for $2.1 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd., the real estate firm that represented the buyer in the transaction.
Constructed in 2000 on a 0.23-acre lot, the 3,065-square-foot single-family home overlooks the Sakonnet River, with a deck built off the main living area on the second floor, offering views of the water, along with a Juliet balcony off the primary bedroom.
The four-story home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half-bathroom and a large stone fireplace. The bathroom connected to the primary bedroom features double sinks, a large soaking tub and a marble steam shower.
Other amenities inside the property include a wine refrigerator, a masonry fireplace in the primary bedroom, and a fourth-floor terrace. The home also has two attached garages on each side of the building.
The property, which is located between the Seapowet and Fogland beaches, was last assessed by the town in 2021 to be worth $985,900, according to public records.
The 135 Drivewood Drive property was owned by Carole Solimene and sold to Diana Lafer, according to a copy of the deed, made available online by the town.
