How do you encourage employee feedback?
By encouraging employees to talk about their ideas and working on our end to put those ideas into action. We also have an open-door policy.
What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?
The TribalTalent website was something that the entire team had their hands on. We were all able to pick out our pages, edit the copy and look through and approve the overall design.
What is the most important benefit the company provides?
TribalVision is very flexible with letting employees work from home, or arrange their schedules around other commitments.
What do you expect from employees that other companies don’t?
We are extremely efficient in the way that we do business and expect our employees to have the same level of efficiency.
