PROVIDENCE – The Trinity Repertory Company has named Blackstone Caterers its exclusive caterer for special events at the Pell Chafee Performance Center. The facility is now open to the public for rental for weddings, fundraisers and other special events. The newly renovated venue was built in 1923 and boasts a 60-foot vaulted ceiling with a capacity for up to 450 guests.

Blackstone Caterers was founded in 1945 in Pawtucket. It is now based in Newport and is a subsidiary of Newport Harbor Corp., which last year acquired The Gatehouse Catering Co. in Providence and merged it with Blackstone.
