Fall River-based Quaker Fabric Corp. announced Friday that the company’s employment relationships with Mark R. Hellwig, Quaker’s vice president-supply chain management, and Norman J. Sturdevant, Quaker’s vice president-chief information officer, were terminated.
James A. Dulude, the company’s vice president-manufacturing, and Duncan Whitehead, the company’s vice president-research and development, have assumed Hellwig’s former responsibilities. Paul J. Kelly, Quaker’s vice president-finance and chief financial officer, has assumed Sturdevant’s former responsibilities.
Quaker officials noted that on Friday the company had made a Form 8-K filing with respect to this change with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Quaker Fabric is a manufacturer of woven upholstery fabrics for furniture markets in the United States and abroad.
