WESTERLY – Washington Trust and Rhode Island Monthly announced today that “Water Ballet,” a photo taken by Ingrid Matthews of Richmond, is the recent winner of the I Luv RI 2012 photo contest and will appear in the May 2012 issue of Rhode Island Monthly Magazine.
