WESTERLY – The property at 14 Ninigret Ave. sold for $6.1 million, the third-highest home sale price in Rhode Island this year, according to Randall, Realtors Wednesday.
In 2016, the Watch Hill neighborhood property was assessed at $3.1 million. Randall said the home was newly renovated.
The 4,974-square-foot home was originally built in 1898. It features eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The property is 1.25 acres.
The home has a chef’s kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, waterfalls, ocean views, a wrap-around porch and a master suite with his and hers bathrooms.
“The home’s traditional design and transitional appeal, along with its outdoor kitchen, sweeping porch and ocean views, make it perfect for entertaining,” said Elizabeth Douthit of Randall, Realtors, who represented the sellers in the deal.
William Hecker of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyers.
