The 2,769-square-foot single-family property sits on approximately 0.15 acres near Wayland Square, according to Residential Properties.
Built in 1911, according to the Residential Properties listing, the home has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half-bath. The property features a split-level floor plan, with the primary suite and a second bedroom on the first floor and two additional bedrooms and a family room on the second level, according to Residential Properties.
The Residential Properties listing describes an extensively renovated interior with light oak herringbone flooring, a custom-designed kitchen with natural stone counters and backsplash, a professional-grade range and paneled appliances. The first floor also includes living and dining areas, a den with built-in shelving and a gas fireplace, a wet bar and beverage center, and a rear terrace. The primary suite includes a custom walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a double vanity, stone shower and soaking tub, according to the real estate firm.
The property also includes a second bedroom suite with its own bathroom, laundry and mudroom leading to an attached garage, Residential Properties said. The second floor has two additional bedrooms, a family room and a full bathroom. The listing identifies three total parking spaces, including one attached garage space, and the property has a slab foundation with no basement, according to Residential Properties.
According to the Providence property tax assessor’s database, the property was assessed at $921,200 for 2026, including $539,800 for the land, $380,100 for the building and $1,300 in other improvements.
The property is in a residential area near Wayland Square, with nearby parks, recreation and the commercial district’s shops and restaurants. It is zoned R-3, according to the city’s property records.

The property was sold by Lofty Ambitions LLC and purchased by Anthony Amenta and Joanne Amenta, according to the deed.
