Wayne Long has been named to the board of directors of the Newport County Chamber of Commerce and will serve on the Chamber’s Government Affairs Committee. Long holds the position of senior vice president of residential mortgage lending at BankNewport. Long has served on the board of directors of the Newport County YMCA, Volunteer Center of Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association. ̶ •
