Wendy A. Hawkins has been promoted to vice president of REC Fleet Fuel.
She has managed REC since it was founded in 1996 and will continue to provide customer service, acquire new accounts and oversee business development and special projects.
Hawkins is a member of Clean Cities and recently won a Chafee Award for bringing renewable fuels to Rhode Island.
She has a B.S. in health and physical education from Rhode Island College.
