Wendy Steadman has been named nurse manager of the women and newborn care unit at South County Hospital, where she oversees a nursing staff of more than 30. Prior to joining the hospital, Steadman was nurse manager of maternity services at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, Mass. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Florida. •
