WESTERLY – The waterfront property at 6 Waters Edge Road has sold for $6.1 million, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Tuesday.
The home, originally built in 1879, boasts a wraparound porch with water views of Foster Cove in the Watch Hill neighborhood. It was valuated at $4.9 million in 2016.
The sale was tied for the top sale in Westerly this year, according to Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service data.
The 4,313-square-foot home has three stories, eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. The property also features a private dock on the cove.
The sellers were represented by Olga Goff of Olga B. Goff Real Estate; the buyers were represented by Susan Turner Ehrlich, sales associate for Mott & Chace.
