William E. Roccio has been promoted to vice president/group manager in human resources at Citizens Bank. He most recently was a human resource generalist. Roccio joined Citizens in 1991 as a branch manager and held various branch manager positions until 1997 when he was promoted. He is a member of the Providence and Northern R.I. Chambers of Commerce and a volunteer for the R.I. College Foundation and American Cancer Society.
