William E. Tracey has been appointed president of Johnston-based TRAC Builders Inc. He is responsible for directing all aspects of operations, including business development and direct delivery of contracting/construction management services for clients. He serves as vice president of the Rhode Island chapter of the Construction Specification Institute. Tracey received a bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University. He lives in Providence and Newport.
