William W. Templeton has been named senior vice president and director of regulatory advice and governance in the corporate risk management group at Citizens Bank.
He is responsible for providing guidance on laws and regulations that affect the bank.
Templeton came to Citizens from Bank of America, where he had served as assistant general counsel. He has a B.A. from Hobart College and a J.D. from Catholic University School of Law in Washington, D.C.
