Willitts Mendonça has been named vice president of business and professional banking at Webster Bank. Mendonça previously held the position of vice president and business-banking officer at Millennium BCPBank. He began his career in banking in 1997 when he joined the State Street Corp., prior to which he served as a district director for the office of state Sen. Marc R. Pacheco. •
