
WEST WARWICK – AstroNova Inc., a publicly traded specialty printers and computer hardware manufacturer, is going private after the firm’s shareholders approved the company’s acquisition by Tennessee-based private equity firm Arcline Investment Management. AstroNova shareholders approved the approximately $272 million, all-cash purchase on Tuesday and the sale closed on Wednesday, according to a joint statement
