In 2019, Jacqueline Moore was well on the way to achieving her goal of owning and operating a restaurant and inn on a piece of property she had purchased with her husband, David, in Narragansett. They even had approval from Narragansett town officials to move forward with plans to tear down and construct a three-story retreat.
