MANSFIELD – IneoQuest Technologies Inc., a video quality and service solutions provider, won an excellence award from Internet Telephony, an IP communications magazine, for its IQDialogue multisystem operators, video-on-demand solution.
IneoQuest was honored by the Technology Marketing Corporation, publisher of Internet Telephony, for the product’s ability to enable service providers to manage complex video-on-demand technologies.
IQDialogue provides a holistic view of a network’s control plane traffic and allows customers to locate failures along a network and troubleshoot. Providers can then prevent future system failures across multiple traffic flows, reduce time and operation expenses, and improve overall quality of service, said IneoQuest on Nov. 23.
The excellence awards went to 35 companies with “outstanding communications solutions.”
“In a competitive market, complex offerings like video-on-demand are vital to a provider’s bottom line,” said Gino Dion, vice president of strategic solutions at IneoQuest. “It’s important that service providers have advanced tools to collect, monitor and analyze video-on-demand data across multiple systems in real-time for better quality of service.”
