Konnessi launches Web-development ‘school’ for small business

PROVIDENCE – Konnessi LLC launched a Web-development company geared toward small businesses on Feb. 1.

The Small Biz Web School aims to fill the niche between do-it-yourself Web design programs and the costly services of Web-development firms, said co-founder Andrew Kelley in a news release.

“A lot of build-it-yourself software leaves you with only a few static pages that are difficult to update while Web-development firms are prohibitively expensive for small-business owners,” he said.

The Small Biz Web School offers site setup services and training sessions at a “reasonable” cost to teach clients how to use the content management software, manage social media campaigns, and optimize their search engine ranking.
