Lance A. Hill, P.E., joins Pare Corporation as a Managing Engineer in the Civil Division. Hill has 20 years of experience, including serving as the Director of DPW/City Engineer for the City of Pawtucket and as the Superintendent of DPW for Attleboro. As a consulting engineer, he has managed staff involved in complex engineering and construction projects, including upgrades to the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Rhode Island and the planned 60-mile Southcoast Commuter Rail in Massachusetts. Hill earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and his MBA from Bryant University.
