Stephen A. Cardi II, executive vice president and COO of Cardi Corporation, was recently elected President of Construction Industries of Rhode Island (CIRI). Holding a BS in Civil/Construction Engineering from Roger Williams University, his numerous industry-related achievements include national board appointments by the National Asphalt Pavement Association, the Associated General Contractors of America, and serving as a Director for the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA).
