The sellers of the house were represented by Ray Mott, a broker and co-owner of the real estate company, and Susan Mitchell, a sales associate. The buyers were represented by Patrice Fenton of Randall, Realtors.
“The sale at 22 Kennedy, along with last year’s sale at 25 Kennedy, shows an evolution in the Meadow neighborhood of Charlestown, as property prices have risen with increased interest,” Mott said in a statement.
According to online property records, the house last sold in April 2003 for $825,000. In November 1997, it sold for $425,000. The property includes a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house on a half-acre lot, and a two-car garage with an apartment overhead.
The sale was announced June 23.
