Name Change for 2026
For this year’s summit and awards event, PBN is introducing a new name: the Inclusive Workplace Summit & Awards. While the language surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion has become increasingly polarized nationally, our mission remains unchanged. This new name reflects our commitment to creating a welcoming space where Rhode Island leaders can come together, share ideas, and learn how to build workplaces where everyone feels valued, connected, and able to thrive.
Panel Discussion
A panel of experts share best practices and their personal stories of struggles and successes that ensure inclusion in the workplace.
Awards Recognition
In addition, PBN will recognize RI companies and leaders who have made strides in leveraging inclusion in the workplace to bring excellence to their organizations.. Recognition awards will be given in several industry categories including Architecture/Construction, Education, Financial Services, Government, Health Care, Insurance, Legal, Nonprofit, Professional Services and Social Service Agencies. A Workplace Inclusion Champion will also be recognized.
