The 27 Cedar Ave. property is a colonial-style single-family home originally built in 1817, according to Compass. The home contains 4,252 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, including three full bathrooms and two half-baths. The property sits on a 0.76-acre corner lot.

The home has hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, plaster walls and a brick fireplace. The first floor includes the main living spaces, while the property also has an attached three-car garage and a full unfinished basement.
The property also includes a patio and landscaped grounds with an irrigation system, according to Compass, along with a shed and a generator.
According to the Barrington property assessor’s database, the property had a 2026 total assessment of $1.56 million, consisting of $592,000 for the land, $965,000 for the building and $1,000 for an outbuilding.
Elizabeth Kirk and Lisa Schryver of Compass represented the sellers and facilitated the transaction for the buyers, according to the real estate firm.
According to the warranty deed, the property was sold by Wade Paquin and Caitlin Paquin of Barrington and it was purchased by Terrence Kelly and Barbara Ciolino of Providence.
