PROVIDENCE – Sales associate Kira Greene of Residential Properties Ltd. has formed a new sales team with Michael J. Sweeney, who joined the company this month.

Greene made a transition to real estate sales after a background in advertising, interactive marketing and sales. She had more than $20 million in sales last year and earned the 2017 Circle of Sales Excellence Platinum Award. according to a news release distributed by Residential Properties last week. Greene was named to Real Trends’ list of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals last year as well.
Sweeney most recently was a sales associate at Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty in Providence. He had more than $10 million in sales over the past year and received the 2017 Circle of Sales Excellence Gold Award.
