In addition to expanding the variety of pouches that Admiral Packaging now offers, the new machine has also increased its processing capabilities, bringing the company further down its “Lean Journey” to provide customers exactly what they need, when they need it. “It’s all about the variety of products we can offer our customer as well as turn around time in our industry. Our newest machine not only has expanded our converting capabilities but also the variety of pouches we can offer our customer. It has also allowed us to increase our processing capability which is in line with the “Lean” methods that we practice at Admiral Packaging,” explains Harley Frank, President of Admiral Packaging.
