JAMESTOWN – A historic, waterfront cottage known as Folly House has sold for $3.8 million. The home, built in 1885, has views of Narragansett Bay and the Newport Pell Bridge.

The buyers of the house were represented by Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by Lila Delman Real Estate.
