BlumShapiro, the largest regional accounting, tax and business consulting firm based in New England, has announced the promotion of Jeremy Brayer to Supervisor in the firm’s Accounting and Auditing Department. As a supervisor, Brayer will continue to provide and oversee accounting services such as attestation, compilation, and consulting engagements for clients.

Formerly a Senior Accountant at Sullivan and Company prior to its merger with BlumShapiro earlier this year, Brayer specializes in working with some of Rhode Island’s leading industries including healthcare, BHDDH, real estate, and manufacturing and distribution.
As a member of BlumShapiro’s Employee Benefit Assurance Services Group, Brayer also specializes in oversight, planning and implementation of employee benefit plan audits.
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Business Administration, he currently is a member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
