Reed secures $1.7M for R.I. to upgrade parks, preserve open space

WARWICK – Rhode Island has received a $1.7 million Land and Water Conservation Fund grant to upgrade parks, preserve open spaces and enhance public outdoor recreation opportunities, Sen.
