WARREN – A condominium in the Bagy Wrinkle Cove community recently sold for $1.24 million, making it the highest-priced condominium sale in the town since July 2021, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, citing records kept by the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.
The 45 Bagy Wrinkle Cove property is a three-level townhouse with 3,545 square feet of living space, two bedrooms and four bathrooms. Built in 1988, the end-unit condominium is part of the Bagy Wrinkle community, which sits on nearly 14 acres of private grounds, according to Mott & Chace.

The home has been renovated and features water views from multiple rooms, according to the listing. The main level includes living and dining areas with a wood-burning fireplace, new sliding glass doors leading to a deck, an eat-in kitchen, a laundry room, an office or library, and a half-bath.
The second floor contains two bedroom suites, each with water views and a private deck, according to Mott & Chace. The primary suite includes a custom closet system, the real estate firm said. A finished lower level provides an additional office or guest suite with a full bathroom, cedar closet, storage and space that can be used as a gym or recreation room, Mott & Chace said.
The property also includes an attached two-car garage, a three-zone heating and cooling system, and a whole-house generator. Residents of the community have access to a pool and a private connection to the East Bay Bike Path, with marinas, restaurants and shops nearby, according to Mott & Chace.
The Warren property assessor’s database lists the condominium’s 2026 assessed value at $1.12 million. The assessment is based on $1.12 million in building value; the database does not assign a separate land value to the condominium.

According to the warranty deed, the property was sold by Matthew Hayes and Renee Hayes, of Warren, and it was purchased by Beth Remy and Kimberly Remy, of Warren.
