Zachary Domian joins the firm as an associate in the firm’s Business & Corporate and Real Estate Groups. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and land use and zoning matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Zachary served as a law clerk at Rhode Island Business Leaders Alliance where he conducted research and drafted proposed tax legislation alongside business leaders, trade associations, and educational institutions with a goal of revitalizing Rhode Island’s business climate. Zachary received his J.D. and from Roger Williams University School of Law and his B.S. in legal studies from Roger Williams University. He also served as President of the law school’s Tax and Business Law Society.
