PROVIDENCE – Alloy Holdings LLC, a holding company of metal and precision manufacturing firms, has acquired two Rhode Island-based sister metal fabricators. Alloy closed its purchase of GSM Metals Inc. of Cranston and Cimini & Associates Inc. in Westerly on Sept. 25, the holding company announced on Tuesday.
