“There were many qualified firms from around the state that submitted strong proposals,” said Keith W. Stokes, the Chamber’s executive director. “In the end, it was Fleming & Co.’s understanding of our goals, and the strategies they suggested for achieving them, that tipped the scales.”
Fleming & Co. specializes in brand-development strategies, marketing, public relations, Web sites and online business.
