SAN ANTONIO – Clear Channel Communications Inc. (NYSE: CCU) last night announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 18.75 cents per share.
The dividend is payable April 15 to shareholders of record of the company’s common stock at the close of business on March 31.
Clear Channel is a global media and entertainment company whose properties include local radio stations WHJY-FM, WHJJ-FM, WSNE-FM and WHJJ-AM.
