Edge Realty acquired by Prudential Gammons

East Greenwich-based Prudential Gammons Realty has completed its acquisition of Edge Realty, formerly Century 21 Edgewood Realty, of Cranston and Wickford. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Edge principals Vin and Deborah Fraioli, who have 17 years experience in the real estate field, are to remain with the company.
“Moving over to Prudential Gammons group, besides allowing us to work with our longtime friend Allen Gammons, is like switching from binoculars to a satellite telescope,” Vin Fraioli said of the move.
Many of the former Edge agents plan to transfer this month to Prudential Gammons’ new office at 7 Main St. in Wickford, the company said.
Besides East Greenwich and Wickford, Prudential Gammons Realty has offices in Cranston, Providence, Coventry and Exeter. Additional information is available at www.allengammons.com.
